Dear Mr Cross,

Re: Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 – Request for Information

Thank you for your email which was received by the University on 28 January 2010 timed
20:52 hours requesting a Review of our actions, as detailed below.

“Would it be possible to get a more comprehensive set of figures, I cant help but notice
that some key services are missing, namely:

Developement and Alumni
Library
Corportate Communications
Hospitality
Huntarian
Recruitment and International Office
Language Center
Finance
Purchasing
Registry

and can i ask if the figure quoted for computing is for the whole of IT/Services.

2) Because I feel that you have been a little economical with the truth, I wonder exactly
how widespread this practice is and exactly what value I'm getting as a tax payer form
these non-academic staff?”

The University acknowledges receipt of your Request for a Review and confirms that a
response to your request for Review will be sent to you promptly; and in any event not later
than 25 February 2010, as required under the terms of FOISA.  The University will contact you
if the University requires any further information.

Yours sincerely,
