1. In the case where both parents go for primary residency, what are the percentages for
success?
2. Please provide the full break down of primary residence split by gender.
Cafcass does not collect this information as requested. Recommendations are made to the
court by Cafcass practitioners however the outcomes is not collected as we are not required
to do so. This information may be collected by the Ministry of Justice. The web address for
