Thank you for your email dated February 15 2010 in which you refer to your request for information.

I note the contents of your email and I apologise for the delays you are experiencing, this is due to an increase in the number of requests we have been receiving and this has led to backlog of requests. This backlog of requests includes your request and this is the reason for the delays that you are currently experiencing.

I would like to reassure you that your request will be responded to; however, as we have send previously there will be a delay. Once your request has been finalised you will be responded to.
