The Chief Executive has advised that we only have available to hand the 
following information for the last three years. 
 
There were no findings of Maladministration and Injustice, and no 
Maladministration Reports for any of the following years. The number of local 
settlements is shown:-

2.  How many findings of maladministration your council, either in full or in part, 
has refused to accept.

3.  How many findings of maladministration your council has accepted but 
refused to comply, either in full or in part, with the local government 
ombudsman's recommended remedy.

Councils are not required to obtain information from a third party (eg the 
Ombudsman) in order to provide it in response to an FOI request.
