In view of your request, I can advise you of the following:

As stated to you previously all requests for new street furniture are done electronically on an internal Information Technology (IT) system. The screen shot that was forwarded to you was an example of the format used. I can advise you that the information that you were given regarding the anchor costs of £207.35 per anchor for the new security devices is correct. Murphy's will submit the final invoice at the end of the financial year, when all costs have been included.
