     Dear Northamptonshire County Council, 
      
     Please could you supply me with the following information: 
      
     1. Total actual number of children within your local area as of 
     March 31, 2009. 
      
     2. Of that total number of children, how many of that total had a 
     CPR3 category B Child Protection plan on March 31, 2009 
 
Clarification of request 
 
Question  1  can  you  please  clarify  your  meaning  of  “Local  area”  in  your  Freedom  of 
information request in order for us to be able to process. 
  
Please note that your request will be suspended until clarification has been received and 
the Council will then have a further 20 working days to respond to your request.
