You have requested the following information and I will answer each question in turn.

How many findings of maladministration the local government ombudsman has made against your council over the last 10 years?

There have been 10 cases of maladministration against Liverpool City Council over the last 10 years.

How many findings of maladministration your council, either in full or in part, has refused to accept?

Liverpool City Council has not refused to accept any cases of maladministration.

How many findings of maladministration your council has accepted but refused to comply, either in full or in part, with the local government ombudsman's recommended remedy.

Liverpool City Council had not refused to comply with any remedies recommended by the Local Government Ombudsman.
