Like I wrote in my email, we don't have a list of 24hr off licenses. All
information's about the licenses granted in Westminster are available on
the Westminster Licensing Register.

Dear Barbara Terres,

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I'm unable to access the
register on your website. Even if I could access the register on
your website, it's unreasonable to expect me to view over 5000
separate records to find the information that I requested. You
should quite easily be able to extract the information I requested
from the register (like every other London borough has done). You
must have to do this anyway when you submit 24 hour licensing
statistics to the DCMS.

Apparently there is not a single 24 hour off licence in the City of Westminster http://www.24houralcohol.co.uk/westminst...

There are 24 hour off licences in central London but they are located in other London boroughs. Visit http://www.24houralcohol.co.uk for 24 hour off licences in other parts of London.

Dear Barbara Terres,

According to the Department of Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS),
there isn't any 24 hour off licences in the City of Westminster.
Please can you confirm if this is the case or not? If it is in fact
true that there are no 24 hour off licences in Westminster, I
obviously wouldn't expect you to provide me with a list of
something that doesn't exist in your borough.

Dear Mr Jackson

I am emailing you in response to your email to my colleague Barbara
Terres. I apologise for the delay in responding to your email request
regarding information on 24 hour off licences in Westminster.

I understand that Ms Terres has explained to you that the information
you require is available on the licensing register and is therefore
already available to you. We do not currently hold this information in
any other format.

I have worked yesterday to see if there is any way that I can extract
this information from our database. I have managed to extract a reduced
amount of data (1500 records) which can now be scrutinised for the
information you require.

I will send you the information as soon as this work is done. It is
likely that this will be the end of next week (11th December)

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any queries in the
meantime
