24 Hour Off Licences in Hillingdon

I am writing in response to your Freedom of Information Request below.
Please accept my apologies for the slight delay in our response.

As I understand it you are seeking a list of all premises licenced to
sell alcohol 24 hours a day.

As licence applications are considered by the Licencing Committee the
information you are seeking is available from the Reports to, and
Minutes of, the Licencing Sub Committee.

As such, the information you are seeking is exempt from the
requirements of S1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA)
pursuant to S21 of the FOIA which states that information is exempt if
it is available by other means.

As I understand it you are querying our response to your Freedom of
Information Request in which we directed you to our website for a list
of 24 hour Off Licences that had been determined by the Licensing
Committee. You have stated that you have looked on the relevant section
of our website but that you have been unable to locate the requested
information.

I have re-looked at this matter and I would confirm that our initial
response was mistake and that a complete list of licensing applications
is not available on the reports and minutes of the Licensing
Committees.

As such, please see attached for a list of off licences that are
licensed to sell alcohol 24 hours a day.

If you are not happy with our response you should put your complaint in

I have looked at the links that you supplied but unfortunately I
have been unable to locate the information that I requested. So
far, nearly all other London boroughs have supplied me with a
list
of 24 hour off licences. You should quite easily be able to
extract
the information I requested from your licensing register. You
must
have to do this anyway when you submit 24 hour licensing
statistics
to the DCMS.
