requesting).
You may want to take a look at the list of FOI requests submitted
to Havering via the 'What Do They Know' website

just had a quick look and there are other requests that have not
received a reply so this is obviously not an isolated incident.

* Tesco Stores Ltd - 300 Hornchurch Road, Hornchurch RM11 1PY
* Asda Liberty 2, Dolphin Way, Romford RM1 3EE
* We Like Wine - 8 Fleet Close, Upminster RM14 1PS
* The above are all licenced for off sales and for 24 hours.
* We Like Wine is a mail order business.
* Asda are licenced for 24 hours but do not open 24 hours
