I am responsible for Freedom of Information and Environmental Regulation enquiries within the Council of the Isles of Scilly.

I am in receipt of your e-mail requesting an internal review of the process of your enquiries, numbers 803 and 816. I have taken no part in the servicing of your requests to date and therefore will be conducting an internal review during the week commencing Monday 25 January 2010.

You will appreciate that the subject of your request is generating interest at the moment. I am obliged to respond to these requests in order of priority, that is to say, in the order of their receipt by this Authority. You will no doubt be aware that we are a very small authority and most staff have a number of very varied responsibilities.
