Re: Freedom of Information Act 2000 - Request for Information

I refer to your Freedom of Information request and your subsequent email dated 8^th January requesting clarification.

You requested the following information:

1. Have you been in contact with Westminster City Council to discuss their pay-by-phone parking system (Verrus) through the Partnerships in Parking Scheme and what topics have you discussed with them. I know that there are regular PIP meetings, so I am sure you have had regular contacts with them.

I would refer you to the following link from the City of Westminster website which provides all relevant information regarding PIP meetings (including discussion regarding pay-by-phone parking) since 2007:

2. Please can you provide copies of any correspondence you may have had with Westminster City Council regarding pay by phone parking since 1^st May 2009. You have ignored this request, please provide the information requested or advise if you haven't had any correspondence with them at all?

3. You advised that no detailed investigation of pay by phone parking has been completed, so what kind of high level investigation have you completed so far?

Although I note your comments I can only confirm that no high level investigation has so far been undertaken by Camden Council with no plans for the imminent introduction of pay by phone parking.
