I refer to your Freedom of Information request received on 16^th December.

You requested the following information:

1. I would like to know if you have any plans to introduce pay-by-phone parking and if so, when will that be. Have you to date approached any organisations that provide pay-by-phone parking services and if so, which ones please? If not, when exactly are you planning to do so? Have you been in contact with Westminster City Council to discuss their pay-by-phone parking system (Verrus) through the Partnerships in Parking (PIP) scheme? What topics have you precisely been discussing with them? Please can you provide copies of any correspondence you may have had had with Westminster City Council regarding pay-by-phone parking since 1st May 2009.

I confirm that at this stage no detailed investigation of pay by phone parking has been completed.
