Re: Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 – Request for Information 
 
Further to our earlier request for clarification and your subsequent response, please could you 
provide further clarification on the following point.   
 
Your request: 
 
“And finally I also request information on expenses claimed on university money related to the  
principal and senior level managers.” 
 
With regards to this question, the University has interpreted this as the total amount 
claimed in expenses per individual member of SMG staff and the Principal each year 
over the given period.  Please confirm if this interpretation is sufficient for your 
purposes. 
 
Until  we  receive  clarification,  the  University  will  consider  this  information  request  to  be 
suspended.  The  20  working  days  to  respond  will  commence  when  we  receive  your 
clarification.  
 
If we do not hear from you within one month of the date of this letter we will assume that you 
are no longer seeking access to this information and the University will take no further action.
