Dear Mr Harris
Freedom of Information Request – Information Supplied
Thank you for your recent request received on 15 December re the City of Cambridge
(Permitted Parking and Special Parking Area)(Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking
Places)(Consolidation) Order 2004.
The 2004 Order to which you refer revoked the parking and waiting restriction
elements of The City of Cambridge Area Z (Consolidation) Order 1991 (as amended)
and The City of Cambridge Areas A to H Orders 1993 (as amended). However, the
2004 Order and its amendments were revoked by The City of Cambridge (Civil
Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Order 2008.
Please find attached copies of the text based orders. There are another 60 parts to
the text based orders and these will follow this request and should be with you by
Wednesday 20 January.
However the 2004 Order contains map-based schedules as does the 2008 Order.
You will need to make an appointment with Sally Oakes (tel: 01223 814470 or
[email address]) to arrange to view the mapped part of the 2004
Order at the Cambridgeshire Highways Offices at Wellbrook Court, Wellbrook Way,
Girton, CB3 0NA, as, at the present time the Castle Court reception area is closed,
and there is nowhere at the Shire Hall site where they can be left to be viewed.
Information you receive which is not subject to Crown Copyright continues to be
