Please find below our response. We have re-checked Symology our database which contains records of all such works. I can confirm that there are no records of any other works held on the system that relate to your request. This is the only place where such records would be held within the Council. As such, I can confirm that no further records are held in relation to your FOI request. Our highways Team Manager has also advised that no Utility works in Clapham Park Road would have affected the signage in question. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of this review you have a further right to appeal to the Information Commissioner, who regulates the implementation of the Freedom of Information Act. Lambeth - Making a difference -----Original Message----- From: S Campbell [mailto:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx] Sent: 19 January 2010 18:18 To: Goodwin,Ian Subject: Internal review of Freedom of Information request - Works - Bus Lane: Clapham Park Road/Abbeville Road Dear Goodwin,Ian, FOI Request - 123188 I would be grateful if you could reopen this request as it has now come to light that not all the information requested has been supplied. You previously responded that no works (other than that carried out in January 2008) were carried out to the bus lane at Clapham Park Road/Abbeville Road since its inception in 2004 and this was subsequently reconfirmed after consultation with the Highways Team. However, the information provided is incorrect. At some stage between June 2008 and November 2009 sign 959 has been moved approximately 8 metres. I would like to know exactly when this work took place and I am concerned that there may well be other works that have been carried out which you have not advised me of. I therefore request an urgent internal review. Yours sincerely, S Campbell -----Original Message----- Our reference: 123188 Dear Mr Campbell, On the basis of your FOI request complaint and Roddy William's subsequent response below, I have closed your FOI request case and will not be undertaking an internal review. However, if you would still like me to undertake an internal review please let me know (please could you also let me know why you would like an internal review to be undertaken). Yours sincerely, Ian Goodwin Information Governance Manager London Borough of Lambeth ICT Services Finance & Resources tel: 02079262341 www.lambeth.gov.uk 3rd floor Ivor House, 1 Acre Lane, London, SW2 5BF.
