In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, this letter acts as a refusal notice.

Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request received on 11 December 2009. You requested information on all correspondence, whether sent or received and internal or external (emails, letters, memos etc), by Councillor Chris Knight and the Council regarding motorcycle parking since
1st January 2009.

This letter constitutes a refusal notice the Freedom of Information Act and an exemption under Section 21 of the Act is being applied, namely the information is accessible by other means, e.g.location of information.
