Thank you for your email dated February 17 2010 in which you have requested an internal review. I do apologise for the delay in responding to you.

I apologise for the delays you are experiencing, this is due to an increase in the number of requests we have been receiving and this has led to backlog of requests. This backlog of requests included your request and this is the reason for the delays that you are experiencing.

Once your request has been responded to only then will we be able to progress a request you may have for an internal review. I would like to reassure you that your request will be responded to.
