1. The University’s Financial Regulations in relation to gifts and hospitality can be
accessed at http://www.gla.ac.uk/services/financialregulations/section2compliance/
The University does not require registers of gifts or hospitality to be kept for staff,
including senior staff*. However, some Departments may record this information and
Court Office also maintain a register. Please find any relevant information attached in
Appendix A.
* Please note ‘senior staff’ is interpreted as members of the Senior Management

The supply of documents under the terms of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002
does not give the applicant or whoever receives the information any right to re-use it in such a

public). The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (Consequential Modifications) Order
