To whom it may concern

I reviewed the proposal for the Dalby Street development and confirmed my position on this at a meeting on Monday 14th January 08 with Dave Jenkins from the Council's Engineering section. This is that the development is acceptable to the Culture and Environment Department of Camden Council in so far as the impact on Talacre Sports Centre of the construction and post construction phases is manageable.

The impacts include a reduction of car parking places for Talacre staff and alternative public pedestrian and vehicle access routes during and after construction.

If the development is given the go ahead a management plan will be put in place that will ensure all Centre users are fully informed of how to access the Centre during and after construction in a safe and secure manner. Our aim is to ensure minimal disruption and inconvenience for Centre users and be realistic and forthright about what this is likely to be.

Also, I can confirm that I have seen the Green Travel Plan and am happy with its content.

Yours faithfully,

Nigel Robinson
