Dear Mr Bayer,

Re: Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 – Request for Information

Thank you for your email which was received by the University on 21 January 2010 timed
09:49 requesting a Review of our actions, as detailed below.

I am writing to request an internal review of University of Glasgow's handling of my FOI
request 'Cost and viability of the Student Lifecycle Project'.

The information supplied with regard to my 1st question is incomplete.

The University's Senior Management Group approved the original budget based on the
case that was submitted to them.  However, you overspent that budget by over
£150,000. I simply asked who approved the extra funds and what case was made?

You have not answered this.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at
this address:

The University acknowledges receipt of your Request for a Review and confirms that a
response to your request for Review will be sent to you promptly; and in any event not later
than 18 February 2010, as required under the terms of FOISA. The University will contact you
if the University requires any further information.
