I write in connection with your request for information received by Kent Police on the 2nd
December 2009 in which you requested the following information:
Post trial Process and Procedures for forcing disclosure of information prejudicial to CPS
involving undisclosed information and agreements with gift or other inducements of kind and
informal arrangements between Kent Police and Police witnesses involved in the prosecution of
third parties.
This information is not held by Kent Police.
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 provides the general right of access to recorded
information held by public authorities, as specified by the applicant. It does not provide a
means to circumvent existing complaints procedures.
