Dear Mr Ovens

Thank you for your email of 1 December requesting information about how
many people at the University have had Common Purpose training.  The
University’s structure is composed of three academic colleges, subdivided into
twenty-two schools, and three support groups, which are further subdivided
into some seventy support services.  The University does not hold central
records of all external training University staff may have completed, and the
cost of collecting this information from each school or support service would
come to more than £600, the limit over which we are not required to respond
to freedom of information requests.  However, if you are interested in a
particular school or support service, please let me know and I will be happy to
investigate what relevant information they hold.

Yours sincerely

Susan Graham
University Records Manager
