Dear Mr Dodson
freedom of information act/environmental information regulations
I am writing to confirm that Worcester City Council has now completed its search for the information which you requested on 30 November 2009.
I enclose the information you requested:
This is to some extent still `work in progress' - where there are a number of plans that are still in the course of preparation in conjunction with the relevant partners.
At the same time to assist in moving issues forward we have recently:
Established a Flood Champion within the Cabinet - Councillor Lucy Hodgson.
Established a Flood Action Group - to control, implement and monitor progress.
There are a number of further documents in various stages of preparation that might be relevant, and I would be happy to discuss exactly what further is required or even arrange a meeting. (Response prepared by Mike Harrison - Head of Cleaner & Greener City, Worcester City Council)
