Q1:Can you tell me how many times cleveland police arrested me neil
a scott between 2002 and 2011
Q2:Was it less or more than 23 times between 2002 and 2011
Q3:how many IPCC complaints did I neil a scott make against
cleveland police officers in Middlesbrough stations
Q4:Was it more or less than 23 complaints to IPCC against Cleveland
police officers between 2002 and 2011
Q5:do you find this a high number of complaints from one man
considering every time he was arrested,he followed the arrest with
an IPCC complaint against an officer of Cleveland police force in
middlesbrough stations,
Q6:do you believe it is unusual that all IPCC complaints were NOT
UPHELD and that all IPCC complaints were dispensed with in the
complaints against its cleveland police officer spanning over 8
YEARS between 2002 to 2011
