Q2 - What additional funding was allocated to Aberdeen,

Q3 - Budget head and purpose and

Q4 - Figures for 2009/10 and 2010/11

By virtue of Section 17(I) of the FOISA, where Aberdeen City Council (ACC) receives a request for information by virtue of Section 1(1) of the FOISA, and ACC concludes that it does not hold the information requested, then ACC must notify the person making the request in writing, within 20 working days of receipt of the request for information, that it does not hold the information requested.

Please be advised that Aberdeen City Council received your request for information on 27th November 2009. ACC confirms that it has undertaken the requisite search for the information, and now writes to confirm that the information requested is not held by it.
