Further to your original request for information received late last year, (Ref FOI09-0123) for 
information regarding details of any audits undertaken or commissioned by the Agency into 
the expenditure of North Staffordshire Regeneration Partnership: 
  
I  am  writing  to  acknowledge  the  receipt  of  a  new  request  for  information  which  we  received  from 
you after  hours on 6 January, 2010.    As indicated by my out of office message, your request for 
information was effectively received on 11 January, 2010 and due date for our response is Monday, 
8th February, 2010.
