You asked for:-

A review of FOI ref 2405 'Last minute cancellations of Work' Capability Assessments (WCA) The response to my request has been delayed. By law, the authority should normally have responded promptly and by 22 December 2009. I therefore request an internal review of your failure to respond.

I am unable to provide you with a substantive reply to your Freedom of Information request within the relevant timescales, investigations are still ongoing. We are in the process of passing the draft through to the Medical Services Contract Management Team Manager. I will respond to your point as soon as I am in a position to do so.

I apologise for the delay in answering your request which is due to us trying to ensure that we provide you with the correct information.
