FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST - REFERENCE NO: 000238/10
I write in connection with my recent e mail regarding a request from Mr Julian TODD - your reference “[FOI #23600 email]”
I can confirm that we have been in contact with both the Information Commissioner and Mr TODD relating to the disclosed contract in this instance.
The signatories to the contract raised issues relating to privacy and security of the nature of disclosure of the signatures appended to the contract. Unfortunately when released the incorrect version of the contract was provided. I would be grateful if you would therefore replace the signed version with the attached redacted version of the contract. As will be seen it is only the signatures which have been redacted as a section 40 (2) exemption - as originally claimed.
Mr Todd and the Information Commission provided this avenue of approach in order to rectify the matter.
