Request:
1. as you are trading as a Non-Limited Company could you tell me if you have made
any profit in the past 5 years .
2. and could you please list loss and profit for the past 5 years
Response: As North Tyneside Council is a local authority, it does not make a profit.
However, under our duty to advise and assistance we can confirm that the Council will
make a surplus or deficit on its revenue (income and expenditure account) each year and
that will be transferred to balances or reserves. It is important to note that they're not
comparable to a company profit or loss.
