I would respond as follows
a) this information is not fully available at this authority as
records for the last ten years are not all available, the Council
having a practice of discarding non essential records older than
six years. The information may be available at the office of the
Local Government Ombudsman. I can advise from personal knowledge
that this authority has had no full findings of maladministration
leading to an injustice since its inception in 1974
b) To my knowledge, none
c) To my knowledge, none
Should you remain dissatisfied with this response you may make a
complaint under the Council's complaints process, the details of
which are available on our website at
www.berwick-upn-tweed.gov.uk Alternatively you may wish to refer the matter to the Information
Commissioner whose contact details are contained within the
Council's complaints form
Regards
Liam Henry Berwick-upon-Tweed Borough Council
