Thank you for your email dated 16th November 2009 in which you asked:
How many searches have been produced since the introduction of the
Home Information Pack regulations to the date of this request?
The Council's records indicate that since the introduction of Home Information Pack regulations in December 2007, we have processed approximately 11000 searches. This total is made up of full searches, Local Land Charge searches, personal searches, and requests for individual questions on the Regular Enquiries of Local Authorities form (CON 29R).
I have also attached for your information details of the FOI Reviews and Appeals Process.
