Freedom of Information Act 2000 (`FoIA') - Acknowledgement of a request for information

Thank you for your email of the 16th November 2009 in which you requested the following information:

We would like to know if there have been any complaints about Primemark Consumer Products Ltd of 75 Haverstock Hill, Belsize Park, London NW3 4SL regarding unfair or illegal trading. In particular complaints where customers have paid for goods and never received them.”

Under the FoIA a public authority must inform the applicant in writing whether it holds any information relevant to their request and, if it does, supply this information to the applicant subject to certain exemptions. We try to respond to all requests promptly but no later than 20 working days after receipt, but will aim to answer your request in full before the deadline which is the 15th December 2009.
