We acknowledge receipt of your email, dated 14 January 2010, containing a request for an 
internal review regarding our response to your request for information. 
 
Your email was received at our office on 14 January 2010. Your internal review request has 
been allocated to a member of our management staff who will be responsible for submitting a 
written reply to you.   
 
We will reply in writing to your internal review request within 20 working days following the 
date of receipt. We will therefore respond to you by no later than 11 February 2010. However, 
we shall attempt to respond prior to this date if possible.
