I refer to your e-mail of 8 November.

"The Barnett Formula consequentials due to Scotland as a result of HM Treasury's announcement of £34m to support families with disabled children in connection with the report Aiming High for Disabled Children were included within the overall Scottish Budget resulting from the Comprehensive Spending Review 2007 Settlement, and were not hypothecated to individual sectors, services or projects. As such, it is not possible to identify accurately the Council's share of this amount or to separately identify how this has been allocated within the Council's overall Revenue Budget."
