Application for information under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act (2000)
I write in response to a Freedom of Information Act request received by the trust on
2 November 2009. The Act requires us to respond to this within 20-working days from receipt - that is by 30 November. Please accept my apologies for the delay therefore. It has taken longer to collate the information you requested than I anticipated.
Your request:
I would like to request a complete list of suppliers/contractors and consultants that have been used over the past year when procuring IT Software and the total spend on IT Software during the past financial year. Also could you break this Software spend down to show which department uses which application. Could you also please list all applications that are used by the trust in all departments.
Please also provide details of IT Contracts Managers and any person(s) involved in IT Software procurement.
Our response is as follows:
I have attached a list of suppliers and contractors and indicated the directorate use. We do not employ consultants in the procurement of IT Software, but the trust's leads are:
