Thank you for your request for information please find the Trust’s response detailed below. 
 
You requested: 
 
•  I would like to request a complete list of suppliers/contractors and consultants that 
have been used over the past year when procuring IT Software. 
 
I am advised that an analysis of IT information which would correspond to your 
question does not exist. 
 
•  The total spend on IT Software during the past financial year. Also could you break this 
Software spend down to show which department uses which application. 
 
The Total spend on IT Software for the financial year 2008/09 is £16,448.00. I am 
advised that a break down by department which would correspond to your question 
does not exist. 
 
•  Could you also please list all applications that are used by the trust in all departments. 
 
I am advised that an analysis of IT information which would correspond to your 
question does not exist. 
 
•  Please also provide details of IT Contracts Managers and any person(s) involved in IT 
Software procurement. 
 
Alison Howard-Evans is the Head of IT and is responsible for IT Software procurement.
