Thank you for your request for information regarding the following:
• I would like to request a complete list of suppliers/contractors and consultants that have been
used over the past year when procuring IT Software.
• The total spend on IT Software during the past financial year. Also could you break this
Software spend down to show which department uses which application.
• Could you also please list all applications that are used by the trust in all departments.
• Please also provide details of IT Contracts Managers and any person(s) involved in IT
Software procurement.
Your request was received on 5 November 2009 and I am dealing with it under the terms of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000.
For your information the legislation defines a number of exemptions/exceptions that may prevent
release of the information you have requested. If any of the exemptions/exceptions categories apply
then the information will not be released. You will be informed if this is the case.

decision being taken on whether or not to release the information to you.
