I would like to know how many teachers, and Head Teachers have: 
      
Question 1: Signed a compromise agreement since September 2004. 
Answer:  18  
 
 
Question 2: How many of these resulted in the termination of their 
 
 
 
 
 
employment with yourselves, the council. 
Answer:   All resulted in termination of employment with the Council 
 
 
Question 3:  How long they had been working for the Educational Service in 
your Council. 
Answer:  They have been working for the Education Service between 2-
27 years 
 
 
Question 4: How old they were on their day of leaving. 
Answer:  Please refer to the Exemption Notice S40.
