FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST
Thank you for your request for information received by the Council on 4th November 2009.
Your request was for:- How many teachers, and Head Teachers have:
Signed a compromise agreement since September 2004.
How many of these resulted in the termination of their employment with yourselves, the council.
How long they had been working for the Educational Service in your Council.
How old they were on their day of leaving.
It has been assessed and the following information provided in response to your request:
Teachers or Head teachers who have left employment with a Compromise Agreement from September 2004.
No of teachers : 5
No of Head teachers : 2
Length of service in years (from shortest to longest): 2, 3, 6, 9, 14, 18, 21;
Age on leaving (from youngest to oldest): 30, 43, 53, 54, 55, 56, 6.
