Thank you for your email received 3 November 2009 requesting the following information:-

“I would like to find out the number of off licenses in the Amber Valley borough that are open for 24 hours. I hope it will be possible for you to supply me with this information.”

Your request has been considered and I am able to supply you with the following information:-

The only 24 hour licences that we have granted to off licences are for the Tesco stores in Alfreton and Heanor. The off licence at Sainsburys in Ripley can open for 24 hours between 12 and 25 December each year.
