  • LL to seek specialist advice and provide CMT with a briefing note on what Ofsted should be doing now in terms of job risk assessment.

  • CMT supported the principle of a pilot monitoring period and system of spot checking HMI working hours, but suggested that HR work with SB to draw up guidance. LL

    1. CMT agreed to defer the opt-out option for Divisional Managers until the Organisational Review changes are in place.
