Dear Mr Burke
Freedom of Information Act 2000 - Request for Information
I am writing in respect of your recent enquiry for information held by the Authority under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
As this steering group in made up of elected members and officers of Shard End Ward (and that of the Hodge Hill Constituency)and that they report back to the Shard End Ward Committee, I would be grateful if you would advise how many meetings of this group have taken place since Wednesday 24th January 2007 to date. I would be grateful if you would also release all minutes for this steering group and any associated documents placed before this group including the draft constitution which was placed before the group at the meeting of the 24th January 2007.
Attached to this letter are extracts from the Shard End Ward Committee since 2000.
I have been informed that the Steering Group is no longer in existence. The Organisation was established through Elected Members of Shard End Ward and was resident-led. No City Council Officer was a member of the Group and therefore there are no files or correspondence.
If you are not satisfied with the response you may ask for an internal review.
To do this, please contact Birmingham City Council's central FOI Team at this address:
