Dear Mr Burke

Freedom of Information Act 2000 - Request for Information

I am writing in respect of your recent enquiry for information held by the Authority under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I would be grateful if you would release all documents and correspondence for the last five Civic Years in respect of communications between the Shard End Ward Committee and the New Frankley in Birmingham Parish Council.

Attached to this letter are extracts from the Shard End Ward Committee since 2000.

I have been informed that the Steering Group is no longer in existence. The Organisation was established through Elected Members of Shard End Ward and was resident-led. No City Council Officer was a member of the Group and therefore there are no files or correspondence.

If you are not satisfied with the response you may ask for an internal review.

To do this, please contact Birmingham City Council's central FOI Team at this address:

If subsequently you are not satisfied with the Council's decision you may apply to the Information Commissioner for a decision.
