Re: Request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 
In response to your request for information received at this office on 19th January 2010 Bolton Council 
is happy to supply the following information. 
Question1 :   Have there been any accidents or complaints involving Texas Chicken prior to  
February 2009? 
 
Answer:  
a. No accidents have been reported involving Texas Chicken, 58 Bradshawgate, Bolton. 
b. One complaint has been received prior to February 2009.  This involved food waste 
and was resolved satisfactorily. 
 
Question 2:   Has the complaint made in November 2009 been investigated and if so what was the  
result? 
 
Answer:  
Yes the complaint has been investigated.  Remedial measures to tighten the chair 
mountings have been carried out, and the area officer will continue to monitor the 
situation.
