In response to your request for information received at this office on 5th November 2009 Bolton 
Council is happy to supply the following information. 
 
 Question:  
“Have there been any complaints about the property or any accidents involving customers on the 
premises since 16th February 2009?” 
 
Answer: 
There has been one complaint concerning this premises since 16th February 2009. The complaint 
was received on 6th November 2009 and is currently being investigated. 
   
 
Additionally, I write to advise you that the information that you have requested, namely: 
 
“ Home address, telephone number and any other relevant contact details for the current operator 
of  Texas  Chicken  58  Bradshawgate  Bolton  BL1  1DW,  who  I  believe  to  be  a  Tahir  Patel  or  his 
brother Salim Patel aka Salim Mohammed.” 
 
 is not held by Bolton Council.
