I write further to your request for information dated 2^nd November 2009, which was received by Nottinghamshire Police on 3^rd November 2009. You seek access to the following information:-

I would like statistics regarding the number of Rape cases in

Nottinghamshire from 2004-2009.

A Clarification letter was sent to you on 3^rd November 2009 and the 20 working days for compliance is stopped until sufficient information had been received.

Our department has not received further sufficient information within 28 days of the clarification letter being sent. Nottinghamshire Police is therefore unable to comply under the Act and your request has now been closed.

If you still require the information then please re-submit the request including the information required by our department stated in the clarification letter.
