IPSC/2005/92. SRIP Project Proposal 
Sandy Macdonald explained that the proposal suggested that a review of the current 
SRIP project should take place to ensure that the project was moving in the right 
direction. It was proposed that a Consultant be engaged to establish a vision for the 
system at a cost of £36K. Sandy Macdonald also explained that following this review 
it would be likely that further funding would be required to conduct a gap analysis and 
review of 3rd party solutions (although not via an official tender) and funding for this 
would be in the region of £130K. The Committee agreed the £36K spend and would 
review the phase II spend in conjunction with other proposals.
