* Please note, our information is focused on UK communities only

The FCO does not issue grants on a faith basis, nor does it run projects for specific faith communities. However, we talk regularly to faith and belief groups in regard to such common objectives as preventing and resolving conflict, respect for human rights and promotion of a low carbon high growth global economy.

If you are unhappy with the way we have handled your request and wish to make a complaint or request a review of our decision, you should write to me.  You have 40 working days to do so from the date of our response.

If you are not content with the outcome of your complaint, you may apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision. Generally, the Information Commissioner cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the complaints procedure provided by the FCO. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.

If you have any queries about this letter, please contact me. Please remember to quote the reference number above in any future communications.

Yours sincerely,
