I am writing in response to your request for information which was submitted online on 28th October 2009. We have considered your request under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. You requested the following information:

“I would like to know if my job application to Royal Mail is successful or not as I applied on 21st of October 2009, how would I know this information as I did not receive any reply”.

You can check the status of your application by visiting our website www.royalmail.com and logging onto "Log into my applications". If you are entering your details here and you are unable to access your account then you will need your password resetting. Alternatively you can check on the status of your application by contacting Royal Mail Human Resource on 0845 600 1801 choosing option 3.
